Do not purchase nor send anything for service from Chopard.I sent off my watch for a battery replacement which took close to four months after chasing them up. They originally sent me two different prices as the teams have no communication whatsoever.The issue is really that I had sent off my necklace for a polish, which I decided against and therefore spoke to customer service to not proceed with the estimate. They however took 4 months to send back the necklace. At first, they were unsure where it was. They received my necklace back from the warehouse but the kicker is that they lost my chain that was with the pendant. How could a company lose a chain when it should have been with the pendant at all times? I have tried to communicate with the Bond Street store with Natalie but with promises of emails back - they never came back and I had to contact customer service who again, are extremely slow at replying. It has taken 2 weeks for them to reply to my email concerning my lost item, and the resolution should barely be counted as a resolution. The chain was irreplaceable as it was not a Chopard chain, but a gift from my Godmother. How can I provide a receipt for something that was a gift from over 7 years ago?Never purchase anything from this store as the after sales service is awful. They will lose part of your items and a simple service will take months. Cartier on the other hand, took around a month with brilliant communication. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
