If I could leave zero for service and atmosphere, I would. Rude staff who refused my child the restroom, while she stood there as a paying customer. Absolutely filthy surroundings. We had to clean the table ourselves. Every service filthy. Out of half the food and I?m scared of what we ultimately ate. Piles of trash were everywhere. They need to be shut down, full stop.

Do not recommend, only tastes coriander. The staff stressed us customers and did not listen to our requests.

The burrito bowl was delicious but i was disappointed with the tortilla chips as they were stale. I ordered in the evening so i?m assuming they?ve been sat on the counter all day. Was expecting more food for £16 but was delicious all the same. The medium spiced salsa tasted like mild and i couldn?t taste any spice at all. Very expensive for what you?re given.

Check your receipts. They tried to charge me for so many extras. It wasn?t until I said something that they finally gave in, admitted they did it, and gave me a refund.

Disappointed with the portion size and service
As a big Chipotle fan, I?ve always appreciated their generous portions?but this particular branch has been consistently disappointing. Each time I visit, the portions seem to shrink more and more, to the point where it feels like they?re cutting corners to save costs. It?s well below the standard I?ve come to expect from Chipotle. Sadly, I won?t be returning to this branch again.

I don?t know where to start, it was a while ago but I really needed to share this cause it?s comes up in my head here and there, so I went there last year and ordered something, I have social anxiety but wanted to feel more confident and try to order, there is this Romanian girl and she had so much attitude towards me I just didn?t get why, I was saying the name of the meat I wanted and she said ?I don?t understand?, I?ve got embarrassed cause of my anxiety and I kinda pointed on it and she was saying out loud ? if you pointing on it I won?t know what?s that ? so I said the name again and she was giving me like side eyes and attitude laughing in my face and I?ve just questioned myself like why? Why can?t you just be nice and helpful, like what?s wrong with people these days, Anyways I never went back again, I couldn?t even eat the food cause I felt so bad and I just have trauma to even think about the name of their store.

Been coming to this chipotle for some years now and it is the best! The staff is super welcoming and efficient, the place is clean and enjoyable and I couldn?t ask for more! And a special shout out to Rakela and Hayley who always go above and beyond (sorry if I?ve messed up spelling!)!

The lady that served us was so rude! She assumed we knew that you needed to order on the other side to the till and so instead of coming over to tell us she shouted at us from the other side until she got our attention. Constantly rolled her eyes at us and would not make eye contact. Either the job is making the staff depressed or they hired someone with absolutely no customer service skill. Was appalled.

I?m starting to think that every time I go into a chipotle that I?m purposely being treated bad. Last time a had a bad experience was also in a chipotle but in the US! Is this part of your mission statement?
I got some rude attitude from the white girl behind the counter that seemed very annoyed that I asked for sweetcorn in my bowl. Mind you it was not busy at all, it was just me in the queue whilst the entire staff in the kitchen just stood and watched. Also she failed to inform me that the guac cost £2.85 extra but I suppose she was busy with her attitude. Attached proof of visit as I did not get a receipt. I might just order via deliveroo next time to avoid a mediocre at best service
