I was curious to try the fried chicken ? but the worker serving he had a bandage around his arm and was coughing. He shouldn't be working if he's coughing in a food place, just totally unhygienic.

After one year not picking up deliveries I go to pick up and staff instead working were checking the phone and I did remark during work is no time to check phone so I called attention and they just laughed. Unacceptable to be on the phone during work hours. Just a bad service and stated to one of the staff and he even laughed. So just a zerooo for everything.

We have been visiting this chicken hub joint since almost 3 months we like the food here that?s y we come to enjoy it but we didn?t knew that they have been charging wrong amount all the time the meals costs less but intentionally the guys in evening shift charge more in all orders when I confronted them they are arrogantly saying this is what u get

One star for the food. The shop is too small and the staff have trouble communicating. They are better places to eat.

This place has no consideration for allergens. The allergy list is being the counter. You have to take a photo and work out what you can and can't eat. A simple task of putting a copy of the allergy list on the customer side would be a significant improvement.
But not importantly, the employees have no clue what ingredients are used. And the attitude I encountered made me go to McDonald's. There goes my efforts support smaller business with my desire for unhealthy food.

I am absolutely appalled. I placed an order expecting a reliable delivery, only to be left completely disappointed. I was hungry and counting on them, but instead, they canceled my order at the very last minute, leaving me with nothing. It wasn?t just food?it was the small bit of solace I needed, and they took that away without a second thought. The lack of care and consideration was heartbreaking. If you can't handle orders, don?t take them.

I HAVE ORDERED FROM DELIVEROO COUNTLESS TIMES?AT LEAST 50 OR 60 TIMES TO DATE?AND THIS IS HOW I?M TREATED?! RECENTLY, MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN MISSING ITEMS, AND IT?S BECOMING A JOKE. I SPOKE TO AAMAR AND ALI BY CALLING THE SHOP AND ASKED THEM TO FIX THIS ISSUE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I ORDER FOR 5 TO 7 PEOPLE EVERY WEEKEND. BUT TODAY WAS THE FINAL STRAW! WHEN I CALLED AGAIN, I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO CALL AND REMIND THEM TO MAKE SURE MY ORDER IS CORRECT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! AS A LONG-TIME, LOYAL CUSTOMER, THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE. I'm a regular customer here . I ordered food by just eat today. The food was half cold. I scheduled the time at 2:50pm on just eat but the food came on 3:10pm. 20 minutes late! Seriously? If you guys can't make the food on time then why do you do online platform selling? I checked my phone at 2:50pm as I didn't get my food then I see they're just making the food on that time when I was supposed to have it. That's 2 times happen with me. Very disappointed. They didn't even send the bread with the half chicken which they always give. Disgusting
