Cute bakery and cafe in beautiful Belgravia. Just off Buckingham Palace Road. Lots of choice for pastries. I got a tiramisu danish and it did not disappoint. Worth the trip.

Could not get served. Stood for 10 mins at the counter and it was NOT BUSY. Finally then told to sit down. Found a table and was told to move. I left. Such a shame as the food looks delicious. Staff were just so rude and lacked warmth or civility.

Atmosphere is amazing, you feel comfy when you enter the bakery, we tried cinnamon bun, pastrami bagel and scrambled egg, all of them were delicious,but my main comment would be for the coffee, I have drunk espresso and filter coffee, they use the best quality products in the coffee industry which are LaMarzacco gb5 for the espresso machine and mahlkonig for the grinding, but espresso and filter coffee is so below average, I would have wanted to drink better coffee with their delicious bakery products, my suggestion is that changing coffee beans would be great.

Really nice bakery with a good selection of pastries. Whilst I do like it, I find the pastries always seem to be lacking something- a little bland. I have tried the passionfruit special and the pistachio and raspberry croissant, which were nice, but the croissants themselves always seem to be lacking crispiness.

Fabulous. 3 of us old friends met there while 2 of us were in transit. Wonderful warm, friendly and jovial welcome, comfortable atmosphere, fantastic coffee and really interesting food. Will try and plan another visit next time I am in the area. Highly recommended.

Finally made my way to Chestnut Bakery! My friend and I decided to come by reasonably early on Saturday morning (9:45am), doing our research and understanding that the place can get pretty busy. When we arrived there were a few people already there but we were attended to warmly and seated down quickly. The waitress was very attentive in taking our order and bringing over our food, and another waiter checked everything was okay with us twice (which was much appreciated!). Now - the food. I ordered the Pistachio and Raspberry Croissant and wow was it very very good. The Croissant itself was beautifully buttery and crisp, but also light and flakey. The filling was plentiful and the raspberry was the perfect balance of tart and sweet which complemented the nutty and slightly savouryness of the Pistachio. My only criticism would be that there could have maybe been a slightly stronger Pistachio flavour, maybe the addition of a drizzle of Pistachio creme? THEN AGAIN, this is more of a personal preference as I love all things very Pistachio haha. Regardless of this I was definitely recommend and return to Chestnut Bakery for this Croissant. My friend also very much enjoyed the Babka, which was warmed up for her. The food and location were both hugely aestetic, and the service was warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here, and will definitely be back myself! I'd also recommend coming by early, especially at the weekend, if you're wanting to sit in - we left around 10:30am and it had already picked up quite a big inside! Is it quite expensive? Yes. But is it worth it - Yes!

Wonderful and original baked goods. Already well known for their delicious, flaky croissant, we also loved the za'atar and cheese flatbread. And the cappuccino was tasty as well... We'll be back!

Great place for a breakfast, or just a break while sightseeing ??. Amazing bakery with so many great food, plus you can get some salty sandwiches.Great stuff and service, nice atmosphere. We would definitely come back. Greetings to Polish friend Damian!
