Beautiful selection of optical frames and sunglasses! The staff are always very helpful, friendly and attentive. Optometrist lady who carries out my routine tests is very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with my prescription. And they always pick the best looking and fitting glasses for me. I have recommended this practice to all my friends. HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DEGRADING experience. On Friday the 8th of April at around 2pm, i walked by the store and noticed they carried the Dior sunglasses I've been looking for the longest time! I was elated! I decided to go inside the store and purchase it. I pushed the front door and noticed it was locked! I gently knocked on the door, the sales associate gestured at me to wait , while she was helping another customer! I waited outside in the FREEZING cold. A few prospective customers passed by and noticed the front door was closed, they groaned and left. I waited for almost seven minutes in the frigid until i gave up. The least the sales associate could have done is to UNLOCK the door and let the customers browse around or wait inside while you're helping another customer.

Fantastic service from start to finish would definitely come back and not go anywhere else, I recommend chelsea eye centre and would give it a 20/10 if it was possible get your sunglasses and prescription glasses here and nowhere else and with a unbelievable variety of the biggest luxury names.

I went for an eye test during lockdown. The team was very respectful of guidelines and followed safety measures. I had my new prescription in glasses done in a week?s time. Great service!
