This is an excellent dry cleaners. They?re always very quick with their high quality mending of my clothes, which is always at a reasonable price. The people at Champers are always very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

I have lived in Bow for 10 years and I take all my clothes for dry cleaning and repair to Champers Dry Cleaners. I also have my shoes reheeled with them, and they always do a fantastic job. I recently got married, and took my wedding dress to them for dry cleaning, and it's as good as new. They are very professional and completely reliable. The shoes and clothes are always ready when they say they will be. Highly recommend.

Do not come here if you want stitching/alterations done to shoes as the service for shoes is very basic. I also got called a Karen for leaving a previous review saying this - I just don't want other people wasting their time like I did. I deleted my previous review because I did not appreciate the owners comment.

Had my keys copied here. The man (in 40s) simply did it wrong. My main door would not open. The keys only jammed and would not rotate in the keyhole. Had to drive 1.5hours return journey following day to get this re-done. Not impressed at all. The man at counter was not apologetic in the slightest. I dropped some shoes in for repair just before a weekend, explicitly stating I was flying the next Thursday for a wedding. The guy said no problem. I turn up on Wednesday afternoon and the guy says they could be ready by Friday! Unprofessional.

(First review - 08 may 2018)Ruined a £200 jacketOne small alteration was botched twice and in the process they somehow stained the jacket and refused to accept any fault. Beware any shop that only takes cash as there is no proof of purchase when you leave the shop.Owner was aggressive and rude and if i could leave zero stars I would.> The good reviews are fake( updated )Hi response from the owner,I agree with your sentiments exactly.
