I've been getting a chai here 1 to 3 times a month and today I had a bad experience with the staff member with blonde and black hair and piercings.
Was told the saffron and rose ice tea is similar to the kesar chai. It was not. I was not offered a taster sample though this is forgivable. However immediately after taking the first sip in front of them I said this was a badly made drink and I requested a change to another. Was told no and that I need to be charged again.
I will not come here again following this experience and cannot recommend it anymore.

We had been trying a few food in the Spitalfield Market and Chai Guys definitely is a good way to end the food crawl.
A nice Chai Matcha is a good way to cleanse the palette and gives a refreshing taste. I love the hint of chai into the matcha and it works!
It is a good drink to try this summer while visiting Spitalfields Market. ?

I absolutely love going to Chai Guys . their chais are so yummy! The flavours are always spot on, rich, comforting, and just perfect every time. The staff are honestly the sweetest, especially this one lovely lady. bless her, she?s always so kind and welcoming. Every single chai is a 10/10. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a proper, feel-good chai experience!- from Safa ?!!!!

In summer or in winter, with plant-based or normal milk, with sugar or without, Chay Guys offers all possible options to enjoy a delicious chai tea. I used to come here often when I worked nearby. Now I am not closed anymore, but I recently visited them again just because I miss their chai tea, and I can not find anything like theirs anywhere in London. Highly recommended!

Ah the chai here is addictive, so so good! I usually get the masala chai, really good balance of flavours! I think the girl who usually serves me is called Asia, so lovely! Really nice way to start my day. Thank you!

Best Chai i ever had! The girls at the stall were fantastic, the smol Italian manager and the server i think is called Rohini. Both were really helpful and funny. Highly recomend!
