After so many years of being your neighbor and coming to your café, today I was deeply disappointed with the quality and the changes in your team. We came for breakfast, but everything was very disorganized. My husband?s sandwich was completely forgotten, and only after I mentioned it did they say it was ?in the oven? ? which clearly it wasn?t, because they only started preparing it after my muffin was already finished.
Unfortunately, the new team at your café creates such a poor experience that it may drive customers away.

absolutely love it here! Have been a regular for two years and am still excited to come back at least weekly for their sandwiches, perfect chocolate cake and brownies.

I?ve been coming to the cafe for years now ! Consider myself lucky to have such a gem in the area. The coffee is great , service is fantastic - wonderful staff who always make you feel welcome ! Brilliant atmosphere ! If ever you?re in Barons Court it?s definitely worth giving it a try!

Been coming to this cafe since 2018, it had always had consistently good coffee and food. The staff are wonderfully friendly. Will always pick an independent over a chain.

The downstairs dining area is fantastic with outdoor seating facility.
The back space area is adjusent to the beautiful natural reserve with trees, grass land & birds.

C?est Ici has been my local cafe for over 25 years. Its management team & staff members are all brilliant. They really add to the cafe?s charm. C?est Ici is an essential part of Barons Court history ?

The best café in Fulham! This was our local café for years living near Queens Club and now we have moved slightly further away we still walk 20 minutes at least once a week for lunch here. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great selection of pastries, cakes, sandwiches and salads as well as fresh juices and decent coffee. One of a very small number of independent cafés in the area and far better than Gails next door.

Really bad first impression.
We stopped on the way to Queens Club. Atmosphere was lovely and they have two charming balconies perfect for the weather.
Staff was very unfriendly and service was terrible. There were 7 ladies behind the counter and not sure all of them were doing anything apart from looking busy.

We have been coming here at least 3-4 x week since we moved here a few years ago. The staff although have changed, have always been very warm and welcoming and attentive.
The salads and sandwiches are delicious, as is their coffees and pastries in the morning.
Shout out to the lovely manager Poonam and her team who always welcome us and our little one with a smile.

I stopped by this coffee shop a couple of days ago, and I?m honestly shocked by how the manager treats customers. Her tone was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, no courtesy?just a dismissive attitude and sharp comments that made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic level of respect. Instead, I felt like I was being talked down to for simply placing an order. I also saw her speak the same way to other guests, so it wasn?t just a one-off interaction.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one that relies on customer service. I won?t be returning, and I?d suggest others think twice before walking in unless the management changes. A coffee shop should feel warm and inviting?this one definitely does not.
