My daughter is in London and we are in the U. S. After surgery in London, we needed help for her and contacted Cavendish. The homecare she received from Cavendish was extraordinary and clearly helped us feel more at ease that she was in good hands. My mother fell and broke her hip.so was bedbound.She did not want to go into hospltal and said she wanted to die at home with my father and the family around her.They had a live in carer but we needed a night nurse.Their care company couldn't provide one so my sister contacted Mairead who couldn't have been more helpful.She sorted out a night nurse for that night and on going until Mum sadly passed away.She kept in contact so we knew exactly what was going on.Communication was brilliant.It meant we had peace of mind that Mum wouldn't be in pain over night and she passed away peacefully.Thank you Mairead and your nurses from all the family.

Needed stiches removed over the Christmas period, and was able to get a homecare appointment within 24hrs. The nurse that treated me was very professional, super friendly and the procedure was quick and painless. Would definitely reccommend.

End of life care at home was put in place for my sister within 12 hours. The nurses Karen and Arrah brought a sense of calm into the home and provided exemplary empathetic care which was of great comfort to the whole family. Thank you from me and her children Miranda, Felix and Gabriel.

Cavendish Home care have allowed me to become more independent and achieve things I never thought possible. This is because I do not have to worry about my care at home such as the organisation of nurses and whether they can meet my complex needs. Any concerns are swiftly dealt with. There is always someone available if any issues arise. As I have such a holistic agency looking after me now, I can concentrate on enjoying life. I would highly recommend to anyone who is needing home care.

Sory to be negative but found the support actual a zero - no personal available no offers of phone support or guidance, my mum at home with COVID but now clear no offer of a call back once she safe etc

The team at Cavendish were a godsend during a medical emergency with my mother. They were always at the end of the phone & talked through options & advised us on a situation that was alien to us . I needed a nurse to come to my house almost every day for about 6 weeks, to pack and dress a wound under my armpit. This is a very painful procedure: the first time I had it done (by a different nurse) it was so painful I actually cried.But Arrah, the nurse who was provided for me by Cavendish Homecare, was so gentle and kind that she made the whole process much more bearable. She kept up a steady stream of friendly chit-chat, to distract me from the horrible business at hand, and was always very sensitive to my pain levels.She looked after me so well that the wound healed much faster than expected. The whole thing has took a month and a half, instead of the predicted three months.I can wholeheartedly recommend both Arrah and Cavendish Homecare.
