Carpet installation went very smoothly. Took only a few hours to carpet both my bedrooms and they look great. I forgot to ask for doorway trims before the visit, but the installer had several with him, unfortunately not in the antique brass I wanted but he explained to me where I could acquire them and how to swap them out for the ones he fitted (stainless steel) when I had them.

We are absolutely delighted with our jute stair runner! The carpet is beautiful quality and it looks amazing! Rob couldn't have been more helpful with our queries. Our cats are delighted too!I'll be replacing all the carpets in our place and will definitely be using Cavendish deVere again!

Cavendish installed some very lush staircase runners for me over three years ago and when the carpet came lose on one of the steps recently, they offered to visit and pin it back in place free of charge. Five stars service!

Working with Cavendish Devere was a pleasure, the ordering and installation process very straightforward. I made a mistake with the order and failed to order enough carpet for one additional area. Much to my surprise and delight they came back and finished the job, free of charge, some months later. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I don't hesitate to recommend this company and hope to order from them again and again.

I have been doing interior design for 18 years and I install carpets on almost every project. I have never had such bad customer service. I sent comprehensive details and measurements for a quote to fit carpeting. The quote came to £1889 and this was paid in full. The fitters were late and were doing a job elsewhere first. They eventually arrived and started work at 10am. Towards the end of the day I was emailed by the office to say that they would not finish the work in one day and it would take two days and it would cost a further £600. I was told that there were extra joins in the carpet, there were no joins. I was told there was a pattern in the stair carpets, no patterns were required to match. I was told that there was not enough carpet for the bedroom carpets, there were no joins and sufficient carpet for both rooms. Subsequently I received an invoice for £813 which now included £120 worth of parking (there was a parking bay available) and £100 of additional materials. The additional payment was taken from my bank account without any authorisation which is against Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSRs) and nor did they have authorisation to store my bank card details.I can not use a company who operates like this again. Rob, Hughie and the team were great from start to finish. Kept me up to date throughout and the fitting of a complicated Amtico parquet flooring design in the living area and hallway was completed to an extremely high standard. Highly recommended!

Robert and his team did an incredible job fitting our parquet flooring. It looks great. There were a few hiccups along the way as we had bought the engineered oak panels from another company before booking Cavendish DeVere.Robert, in particular, kept up communication before, during and post the job so we knew what was going on along the way and kept us calm! The team worked quickly, fastidiously and skilfully negotiated some tricky corners. They also cleared up after themselves.

Huey, Rob and the whole team have been fantastic every time we've been to them. Having used Cavendish 4 or 5 times for different jobs the service has always been top notch and the price / products just as good. Can't reccomend highly enough!!
