I came here one of the days last week to ask about a price to sell my iPhone 12 Pro and I was quoted 190 even though it sounded like he said 192 and while I was searching the info of the phone being reseted as he asked about the size of the phone the capacity it takes and when I was trying to find that information he was like ? why do I keep touching the phone, is there something wrong with it? which I found really rude when there isn?t nothing wrong with it maybe. Other come in with dodgey items but doesn?t mean I am. and even though the capacity it takes it 256gb it was still only 190 when the phone was in pretty good condition not like it has any scratches or anything. I refused to sell my phone to them and I left because the attitude itself was kind of rude assuming there something wrong with my phone as if I would sell a faulty item and even when I wasn?t ready yet he was constantly like next Please which made the customer service really rude I think customer come over when they are ready to be served but yeah I won?t be going here again. Cex is much better service

The customer service is shocking. Went in for a price quote on a console for my son, was quoted 130.00 got to branch in 20 mins for the price to go up to 230. When explained what I was quoted the lady simply laughed and could not answer any questions on price, warranties or specs of any of the other consoles on the window. I could not believe this woman just laughing like I had told her a joke. Then the manager came out with a after of fact attitude and stated if a item has been mis priced they have to withdraw from shelf reprice and leave off the shelf for 24 hours. Needless to say I left the store empty handed and on my way to cex which to be honest I should of stuck to in the first place

Should be no stars terrible customer service item says 139.99 when get to check out they want 200 because they made mistake staff are rude and because they are a franchise they talk to customer like rubbish don't spend your money there you will regret it manager also very unhelpful

Fantastic Customer Service! I needed to return something bought online. There were no problems with this whatsoever and the Store Manager (Corrine ) and her staff made this a quick and easy process. Would recommend this store.

Terrible customer service... 26 May around 3pm. Staff standing together and have a fun dont really looking On customers... not helpful at all... ZERO knowledge about product prices... ZERO respect to customer. Cant or dont want answer on simple questions. I wouldnt reccomend to nobody. Good luck for business... with such a enthusiastic People...

I had a fantastic experience at Cash Converters Streatham High Road, and I have to give a special shoutout to Corrine, the manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and she made the whole process of buying and selling items a breeze. The shop staff and manager has helped me out immensely with Buy Backs and were very understanding when the t.f.l strikes/route closures from work affected collection/due date times. There were plenty of reasonably priced items for sale as well and the staff were kind to my dog (even the staff member who's allergic to canines). If you're honest with them they'll help within reason and that's what on-line shopping cannot provide with a click of a mouse etc. 5 stars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager of this place really needs a lesson in how to speak to people. She was very patronizing. I ordered an amplifier, of which I've owned many of the same model, so I knew of its weight and dimensions and in the back of my mind I knew there was a chance it would arrive damaged (The iPod shufflers they employ to package items really need a lesson in common sense and trained in how to package such items as an heavy amplifier) and low and behold it arrived damaged because some bright spark decided to squeeze it into a box it could barely fit into leaving the big volume button and the speaker terminals venerable to damage and in this case were damaged. I already saught a price for repair because I really wanted to keep it, this was for a replacement control PCB from an identical scrap model because this one had shattered so to save sending it back to the shop and incurring more damage (as it would've been sent back in the same box) I asked the manager if she would refund me the price of repair and got a very firm 'no!' in a rude manner and basically dismissed the amp as being old and worthless and wasn't worth the price of repair.She was very patronizing.Clearly she didn't have a clue and probably listens to her music in mp3 form on her phone. The amp was priced way below what it was worth which is why I snapped it up but I couldn't believe my disappointment when I took delivery and how someone at this store thought it was ok to use such a box and thought it would arrive in one piece. All I can say is they walk among us.

I can not fault the staff at all they are amazing. my only problem is the prices offered are sometimes an absolute joke they literally earn triple profit ? less then a 3rd of the value at times
