Rude Manager, Poor Customer Service. I saw a white box with a Kindle Lite in the window. I asked the manager if I can look at the Kindle before deciding to buy it. He spoke with a Hispanic accent. Bad customer service. Not from the males in the store but the female very rude and not reasonable. When I called in and asked if they accept a certain item she said no and just hung up without a bye. if this is how cash converters treat their customers I’m appalled. Hire people who have abit more tact with the public.
