Appalling service on a Saturday afternoon.I came in to see a specific watch. I was greated at the door to ask me to wait because the shop was busy, which I did. The sales assistant damaged my watch. She called me sir and put on a glove before handling it. Sadly she was wearing a bracelet with sharp parts that made 2 dents in my watch. Cartier kindly polished these marks out free of charge, but my cherished watch was never the same again and had to be 'retired'
