We had carpet fitted in 3 bedrooms, landing and the stairs. There was great customer service from the time we went in to select the carpet. Our carpet fitter Tyrone provided a quality service, was quick and was friendly. I would absolutely recommend their services and if you can request Tyrone specifically then please do!

My visit to a flooring shop last year for LVT was an unpleasant experience, primarily due to their sample policy and the rude service. The shop insisted on an outrageous £20 per sample, making it nearly impossible for me to explore the range of options I needed.Most others offer free cut samples or sensible deposit systems, understanding the importance of accommodating customer needs. Unfortunately, the flooring shop I visited seemed utterly oblivious to this basic customer-centric principle.Their refusal to provide samples and not opening boxes was bewildering. After back and forth with them about how it's not possible to choose without taking samples, they reluctantly agreed but wanted £20 fee per sample. The steep price, coupled with the dismissive tone, especially considering I needed around 10 different options, left me thoroughly frustrated and disheartened.I left and went to Valley Floor and Tiles that not only offered a more reasonable sample policy but also treated customers with respect. They provided free samples which I returned after choosing what I like and purchased the flooring with them.

In store service is absolutely fantastic, however the fitter who came and fitted my laminate flooring done a very poor job indeed. Great place to buy your flooring I wouldn?t recommend them fitting it

We bought carpets and had them fitted from Carpets4Less in Chingford for 2 bedrooms, 2 landings and 2 staircases. The service from Hassan from start to finish was excellent, helping us pick the right carpets & underlay, keeping us informed on fitting. Always responded to every question we had really quickly too, including on his days off. Would definitely recommend them!

An absolutely amazing experience I am sooooo happy and pleased with my new carpet runner it?s gorgeous! I designed it and chose the fabrics myself at the store with loads of choice of fabrics/colours. Hassan knows his stuff and helped advise me on the best fabrics suited for what I needed. Great communication, also quick fitting too. Would definitely recommend! ?

Nothing wrong with the carpet itself, the fitting was done unprofessionally. They did not tidy up after themselves and edges were not secured properly so when we came to hoover the carpet always lifts. It was also cut slightly oversized so it bumps at the edges. I was reassured by the staff there would be no issues with fitting because the best fitter would be sent.

Been very unprofessional been waiting for my delivery for ages. There was no communication from them whatsoever. Called and spoke to a man today who was very abrupt and not helpful at all.

I do not recommend this place. I had fitters done my carpet which was not done properly but after chasing Mark to correct this issue he made multiple excuses. Over a year has elapsed he promised he will get back to me and sort this out but to no avail. He also supplied fitters that were not his own staff. Avoid.

Avoid using their fitting service and carpet for less won't take responsibility if something don't go right with the fitters either. Very unprofessional and rude. Service in the store is fine.
