Very rude guys from the installation carpet. They left in my rooms all the pieces of carpet and asked me to through away, and asked me to read the invoice. Also when you need the toilet, you must ask, and not going like it's your house.I will never use your service again!!

Carpet Corner have proven to be the most wonderful, thoughtful and best carpet company I have ever worked with, and I am forever grateful to them. .Firstly they were helpful in selecting the carpet over the phone, then arranging it to be laid before Christmas and problem solved with effortless ease when, after being kept waiting more than an hour, my original carpet fitter could not wait any longer, after my plans had fallen through.I am seriously impressed by the team, and would not hesitate in suggesting them to my family and friends.I would give more stars if I could.

I?ve used carpet corner many times in the past and I?ve always found them reliable and to provide a good service. This time was a bit different as I now live 100 miles away but they managed to take care of everything including removing the rubbish and made it very easy to have new carpets laid.

Luke is an excellent sales person.He is knowledgeable about product information and actively listens to what the customer says, then recommends the correct product to suit the customer?s needs.Luke?s expertise and professionalism was the reason why I decided to buy from this particular location in Penge versus the competition. The installation of vinyl for my home was promptly scheduled and the installer Roy and his assistant Brad, were courteous, efficient and competent. Luke coordinated the entire process from sales to final installation in a seamless and expedited manner. He and his team will definitely take care of you and your flooring needs ! On impulse bought a drug and did not ask what their policy was on refunds or exchanges. The rug was too big and wanted to bring it back for refund or exchange. Even though I bought it at 3pm on Monday and called at 0900 on Tuesday they would not exchange the rugSo if you buy from them be sure it what you want as they won't change it. I only unrolled the rug and rolled it back up so it's not been used. Very disappointed in there policy.
