The Frito Misto tasted like cardboard. It felt as if the dish had been cooked earlier on and kept under a heated light. The squid was very dry. My husband had their signature pasta dish (penne giardiniera)which was undercooked. It was so hard that it was inedible. So was the zucchini which was used as a garnish.

My family and I (party of 6) had a quick dinner here whilst waiting for our train. Thank you to the Italian man who served us and was very understanding of our time constraints. He was very efficient and ensured that we got what we needed in good time and left us the bill quickly so we could catch our train. Thanks! Food was OK.

What a shame that some of the staff wasn?t friendly today. They just ?didn?t feel like it? according to one of them. How is that the customer?s problem?! A bit of courtesy goes a long way.
Food was average, not compared to how it used to be. I ate it all because I was starving after a long day, then I regretted it because I felt awful afterwards.
They charge a 12.5% tip automatically even if they didn?t quite earn it? that was the last straw for me and sadly I must leave this review. I won?t be eating here again and I advise travellers at St. Pancras to dine at other of the many restaurants and cafes at the station.

We needed somewhere to eat before our return train and Carluccio's seemed to offer the most appealing menu and prices compared to other local restaurants. The food and service was good enough for what we were after.

I would love to receive the recipe for the carbonara, as it?s nothing but impressive taking 25 minutes (enough for someone arriving after us to order, receive mains and almost finish eating them). Zero communication from staff about it, especially since the first thing we mentioned was that we?re short on time. The focaccia was edible, but outrageous portion of two slices for 6£ - which we paid but received the cheaper, non-garlic version instead. The wait was by far the worst part of the experience, but even after all that, the carbonara can only be described as scrambled eggs with pasta and bone-in bacon. Simply stunning?

I sat outside and ordered the sea bass. They just renewed the menu. The staff was passionate to help. The sea bass was perfectly cooked with crispy skin. It's one of the best sea bass I have ever tried. A mixture of potato, tomato and olives as the side and I like it!

We decided to call Carluccio's after watching a show....we booked ahead and sat outside and soaked up the relaxed environment.
We were warmly welcomed by Saili and our meals of Chicken in white wine sauce and beef with pasta were really enjoyable in terms of quality, presentation and quantity.
Staff were polite, friendly and ensured our stay was enjoyable.
Thank you also Saili for resolving a minor issue with my meal. We definately will re-visit to enjoy another meal when next in the station.
We are very surprised to read some negative reports and our experience of dining there was tops.

My daughter and I stopped here for the seafood linguine?which was delicious as ever. We were served by Orlando, who was friendly, attentive, helpful, and generous with the parmesan! Highly recommend.
