Super dismissive lady could not give a simple advice to my question and I got a simple ? I dont know? without any thought. She just didn?t want to be there but that aint my problem. Sweet and helpful girl on the till.

I visited the shop on 25/9/23. The lady who was working there on the day with piercing was so rude and very unhelpful. She seems very unhappy to work there.

Didn't have a girlfriend birthday card, lacking options compared to other Card Factories. Staff completely disinterested, no longer a budget card option

I am a balloon giver and was very happy to see Card Factory sold balloons that you can personalise using a magic pen. So I bought one for my brother who was an impatient at GOSH which is nearby your shop. There needs to be a card/gift shop tailored for children near GOSH especially as it?s a children?s hospital. Thank you anyway ?

I was stunned by the customer service I walked in and up to two employees having a conversation.I politely waitied for them to finish and when they did both walked away from me in opposite directions. It was as if I was invisible.Following this I later asked for help and before finishing my question one employee replied 'no' without looking at me then went back to sending a vn on her phone.WOW

Not the cheapest place in the world but they do have cards for every occasion, so you will be able to find what you need. The also stock party wares such as helium balloons, party decorations, wrapping paper and gift wrappings too. The staff was friendly too.
