Car Care Ealing provided an amazing service for us. They were able to fix an issue we had with our rear brakes and lambda sensor. They were very honest with the issues we had and explained to us clearly what was wrong. We will definitely be going back to them again!

Purchased a Toyota Auris from here. No pressure or sales pitches, just honest service. Told them I wanted something reliable to drive to Turkey. 2 months, 7600 miles later, nothing needed but fuel in the tank. Great car and customer service.

You need a garage thats competent and honest, and these guys are both. Very good service, quick and friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.They will be my go to garage. They even charged me less as it took less time than expected, something I would have never known. Seems they care about their reputation, and they care about their customers! I LOVE CARECARE EALING! They are the best. Been taking my car there for years, they now look after my wheels, are fast, considerate, efficient, friendly, and I don't get unexpected price shocks. Bless the lovely patient guy who took me on a test drive right after I passed my test all those years ago (and you can guess how that went...) ... then once during an MOT drop off I spotted someone with the pressure washer and asked them to give the car a going over... and he did! Then my petrol cap thing was driving me mad - I mentioned it during my last service, and now it works seamlessly... so I no longer have to fight with it at petrol stations. THANK YOU!

This is a expert and friendly car dealer and garage. I bought a Toyota Yaris from here a couple of months ago. There was one small issue with the car and they took it back and fixed it - there is a guarantee with used cars and they have their own garage onsite, where the repair was doneThe car was fairly priced and has been running smoothly so far.It was particularly uplifting to deal with this company, given the experiences I have had during the previous few weeks. I had used Autotrader and found a similarly priced car at another vendor. I had the car checked at my own garage after an engine light came on, and there was a serious fault, which meant that my mechanic advised that I returned the car for a refund. I went back to Autotrader and found a slightly newer car and and disappointingly, this also had a serious fault and my mechanic again recommended that I should return the car for a refund.With this experience, I was slightly sceptical about buying a third car. I bought the car from Car Care Ealing and also had this checked by my mechanic. This time, my mechanic was happy.It is my impression that some dealers buy from auction and sell on immediately. It is maybe not their fault if there is an existing problem with car when it ends up with you. It was clear that Car Care Ealing have the resources to check the car before a sale so that surprises are much less likely .. and, if there is a problem, they can fix it onsite.They have been on the premises for many years and are respected by the local residentsThere is nothing wrong with the way Autotrader works, but it is clear that the added expertise Car Care Ealing adds to the car you see advertised, can make all the differenceI felt happy with my purchase and was pleased that they could help me with the minor fault that turned up after a few months with no query or discussion at all

I've been using CCE for more than 20 years and they have never let me down. Whenever I've needed any work or even help, they have always been there - ready to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I took my BMW to Car Care this morning as it had a tyre pressure warning. It was sorted and parked back outside my house within two hours. The whole price I paid was just what BMW would have charged me for the diagnostic alone!! I?ve heard great things about these guys and it?s true. They do a great job, and are trustworthy. I will use them again and recommend others!

I had a very good experience here.I had my turbo reconditioned under 3rd party warranty and Daniel was super helpful and comminicative. Throughout the entire process Daniel was easy to get a hold of, broke down the issues and prospective solutions and made me feel at ease.Will 100% be returning if required in the future.

My car went in for a yearly MOT and service and had front and back brake pads/disks replaced after a fail. Despite dropping car by 8:30am on Friday, it was not ready until Monday morning. Total cost for service, MOT and front and back brake pad/disk replacement was £918. To add to the inconvenience and cost, I had to clean muddy footprints left by their mechanics on the carpets! I used to use and recommend this garage over many years but service, value and courtesy have really taken a dive on this occasion.
