One of the worst pharmacies I?ve ever been to. Incredibly rude staff, lack of any knowledge and lose medication & prescriptions. When people are vulnerable and unwell, I?d really expect pharmacy staff to be somewhat empathetic. This wasn?t a one off experience, either.

I went to the pharmacy with my finger cut asking for some products and they helped me with covering the cut and all the medications needed. Really appreciated their proactive approach towards the customers

Great pharmacy!! I have been using this pharmacy for years. Always so helpful and friendly. Anytime I need advice on any medical issue Cambelle pharmacy is my first port of call. Keep up the great work.

The chemist were persistent in contacting my GP on numerous occasions for a repeat of my medications following the surgery's failure to respond in a timely manner to their initial request. I was grateful for the support and good customer care received,ensuring my medications were prescribed. Also, I received a text message to inform me that my medications were ready for collection.

Great pharmacy. Consistent and helpful. Moved to this pharmacy from Harlfleurs on Tower Bridge Road and I can confirm that Cambelle?s has excellent customer service and they always aim to solve any issues with prescriptions. Christian (Pharmacist in charge) is a good man and very helpful.

Have twice refused to provide my partner with a repeat prescription for no other reason than gross incompetence as confirmed by her GP. She has now gone without medication she was specifically instructed to not miss a dose on for two weeks.

Absolute 5 Star service, my son studies in London, he fell ill, spoke to the pharmacy if they would deliver the medication, spoke to a lovely lady called Tracy, she delivered the medicine with 30mins, can't get better than that level of service.

I used to live in Cambden and when my moved to Peckham found the pharmacies dirty no hygiene standards rude and arrogant so i went back to Cambden However i moved to Bermondsey and my neighbour recommended Cambelle so i tried thenExcellent service pleasant mannerism and medication always on time never had a problem since day 1 If they don?t have it in stock it gets promptly ordered and a call back that it?s ready for collection THE BEST FIVE STAR PHARMACY IN SOUTHWARKThank you for your great serviceYused

They gave me the wrong prescription which I ended up taking for a week as they'd covered the medication name with the prescription label. Ended up vomitting for 3 days before I realised the cause. Incredibly dangerous, do not go here!
