I have just been to Oxford circus Calzedonia. Maryam was so helpful and understanding regarding my request. Thank you again for taking initiative and helping me.Great staff.Also love their products. Only i wish they have leggings for shorter people:). Always too long. Bronze nude tights are so amazing doesn't fall at all.. Also own so many of their bikniz . Most of them so soft and nice to wear.

Couple of weeks ago on the 25th of Jan I went to Calzedonia in Bond Street and I had an amazing experience. The team was so nice and helpful. I went to try some trousers on and the girl that was downstairs was so kind to bring me different sizes directly in the fitting room and helped me to chose the one was fitting better. Everyone was smiling and welcoming. Today I?m wearing the trousers I bought and I love them. Definitely my favourite Calzedonia store.

Brought tights from here for the first time wrong size was given on the total shapers so when I went to try them on they ripped and so did the second akin rang the other store who said I can get exchange on all of the tights regardless of if they were opened as they ripped before I even had them on. Manager at this store ( where I got them from) was so rude and said not her issue also told me to wear socks with the tights as they may rip?? Which isn't possible for my job and shouldn't have to wear socks with tights. Wouldn't buy from them again due to quality and rude customer service

Have nothing against the store - I just have no other way of complaining about them.I buy the same 40Dernier tights for about 15 years and not only now you put £10 per pair!?!?! You also changed the tights elasticity and it's quality and they are absolutely horrible! I will stop purchasing products from you because of this! The new tights you made are horrendous!!!! I am looking for a new company now.

I have collected my order from Calzedonia store in Kensington High Street on 11th of October 2023. One of the products (a pair of tights) was clearly used (!) and even had a small hole which somebody tried to fix by applying nail polish. I contacted Customer Care who gave me instructions were to return it and also provided the return label. I got confirmation that the item was returned on 26th of October but haven?t heard since from them although I did send a reminder on the 10th of November. It?s not about the time I spent for such a trivial amount, it?s about trust and not following the basic principles of e-commerce. Goes without saying that not only I will never order from Calzedonia again but I will also stay away from their stores

I came today to collect my parcel ordered online on 29/10/23. I?ve been contacting the customer service several times and just shut down with only one answer: JUST WAIT and I was not even allowed to cancel the order and get my money back until the parcel was delivered.The parcel was out for delivery 8 days and the couriers never able to deliver it until yesterday.I thought they will find a way to apologise in the store but unfortunately they could not help because the order came from Italy.I find the whole experience ridiculous and it?s not worth to buy socks from Calzedonia. I suggest to avoid this brand.

Been shopping here for last 3 years. Passed quickly tonight to buy some new socks. Girls has been extremely rude. Didn?t want to help. When I wanted to pay she asked me to go down as she was busy I said I?m in a rush I can?t go down. She refused to accept payment. Hopefully they change them soon so I can go back to shop my fabulous socks

I?m so upset and left crying as a result of the customer service. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and it was going to be a quick ?in and out? purchase. Firstly as I came in and said hello to the employee (who should have greeted us with a hello), she pointed at her watch and said ?we close in 5 minutes?. To which I said ?it?s okay I know exactly what I want I?ll be super quick? (I?ve worked in retail before so totally understand when you?re about to close you want customers out)! I asked for footless tights, and pointed at what I thought were the footless tights. She scoffed and took me over to the regular tights. As I asked for footless again she shook her head and shrugged her shoulders ?how am I suppose to know?? She said. And then she realised what I meant and took me back over to where I initially pointed. I thanked her and took the pair that I wanted - S/M - I?ve shopped here before so I knew my size. She took them out of my hands and said ?no you need a large?. At this point I was in shock and looked at my sister (who was with me and witnessed this whole thing), I said ?it?s okay I just want this one? and she continued to tell me I needed a large. This really upset me because 1) I know my size. 2) I didn?t ask. As a child I suffered really badly with body image and I won?t get into personal detail over a Google review but I was left feeling so sad and not confident at all. I went to the manager at the desk to ask for guidance and someone to contact because she wasn?t helping, and she said there isn?t an email and asked me to just leave a Google review. Feeling deflated to say the least. I didn?t get the manager?s name but I got the assistant name, Tatiana. Probably won?t shop from this brand again because of this I feel so judged and deflated.

This company are incompetent and do not care about their customers at all. They posted my parcel to an address that does not exist and have had over 2 weeks to sort this but just keep telling me it?s being investigated- either refund me or find my items. Seriously if you value your money and your sanity don?t use their online services

Never in my LIFE have I met a ruder member of staff than Tatiana, the dark haired lady that works here as a sales assistant. She was blunt & unhelpful towards myself and my sister, practically hurrying us out the shop so that she could sooner finish her shift, before she then went on to comment on my sisters weight!!! WE DID NOT ASK for her assistance on sizing my sister, so when Tatiana turned around as we picked up a size Small/Med (the size my sister has repeatedly bought before), snatched them out of my sisters hands and said ?You need a large?, I was absolutely disgusted. How dare you, Tatiana, think that in 2023 you can comment on a woman?s body size without totally altering her mental health? How dare you be so unhelpful and uneducated throughout the rest of our shop, then turn around and decide to have an opinion on my sisters body size? WE DID NOT ASK YOU WHAT SIZE YOU THINK SHE NEEDS. Tatiana you are a POOR excuse of a woman in customer service and you should be ashamed of how much you?ve just affected a woman?s day, week, and mental image. Thank you so much, Tatiana, for that confidence boost as she enters in to a very important week. I hope you?re really happy with your choice, Tatiana. Next time you want to body shame someone, have a look in the mirror and think about how you?d feel if somebody said the same to you, or your daughter or your sister.

It is unreasonable that such a good brand like this has a very poor customer service. I ordered online a white jeans leggings that it can see through - as it was too thin; I brought them to this shop to get a refund- however, I was told I could not get any refund at least I would get something for exactly the same price however not many options were available to get anything for the same value. The staff was insisting for me to buy something more expensive and pay extra? if this is going to be the approach to customers I will definitely consider to buy swimsuits, jeggins and tights with a different brand.

Rebecca was absolutely amazing and the best. She helped me find all 6 of the bikinis I wanted and was so helpful and quick hardly waited. Can?t recommend her enough
