After receiving a rave review of the tights by the assistant in the Covent Garden store yesterday, I bought a pair of £15.99 15 derbies tights. I was planning to take her up on their offer of buying 4 and getting the 5th free. She told me to come back and let her know what I thought as she was so confident about them lasting.I did go back the very next evening as they tore! I work in a private member?s club and was really careful with them.I went back to show the girl my ruined tights, but a senior team member stepped in who was both unfriendly and adamant that there was nothing they could do even when I mentioned that I had wanted to benefit from the offer of 5 pairs for 4.I wax so surprised by her unwillingness to find a mutually beneficial outcome.and wouldn't shop their again after this experience.

Well , disappointed, seems like CALZEDONIA GROUP customer care is dropping down , seriously ? Such a shame , they are hiring only Italian girls who always looks annoyed and angry , today the girls on the shift was completely unfriendly, my daughter have to chose a swimsuit over the phone and it seemed to me that the all girls was unhappy with the all changes which my daughter made to all the bikinis which I?ve chosen for her without her approval , so I felt a bit uncomfortable from the expression on their face cos I I had to make changes in the selections just right at the till before purchase and then was was running around shop floor and till to take pictures to my my daughter over then 40 minutes , was served by Omaima ( on the receipt) was not sure about where is her name badge was hidden , she was not bad , , but I believe she could do better .

Calzedonia clothing always looks very alluring and on trend, but quality is mixed. You?ll be safe with sturdy leggings, but a lot of other products have a habit of breaking/ripping/laddering during their first use. Great style, but don?t expect it to last a lifetime.

Really slow service, people next to us that had been seated actually got up and left before getting served as they'd waited almost 20mins. We nearly did the same. Two slices of cake and two coffee was £28!! Would never go back!Only positives were there was a huge range of cakes and decor was nice!

I bought a pair of tights in store and after one wear, they ripped at the back and my whole behind was on show. For the price, it is poor quality and I went in store for a refund but was only allowed to exchange my broken pair of tights for another pair! I hope these don?t rip. I also called customer service before hand and they said I should be able to get a refund, shame that didn?t happen though. I am disappointed.

Very expensive for it is!!! Spent 80 pounds on a swimsuit and the loops came off after just one wear!!! This shop is a scam!! Stay away! Would like to return policy please
