I'm Nur, we went to Cafe Nero on the 16th of February with my daughter and husband. There was a problem with the food, and Remi helped us a lot. She was so warm welcoming and helpful. You are so lucky to have an employee like this, very professional and cheerful. Thank you Remi, happy to meet you.

Great service from this cafe, especially the lady in the photo. I am pretty sure she brightens up everyone?s day in Nero with her big smiles, positive vibes and attentive service! Thank you and I will be back for the ?? On a side note, this outlet serves one of the best Nero coffee so far.

The elder lady perhaps thought she was being personable but in fact was so abrasive, rude and controlling that I decided not to bother ordering anything from her and I went elsewhere instead.
It was my first time in this cafe. On arrival to place my order, I gave a normal request "please may I have a black americano...", which she ignored and instead abruptly and in a snide manner asked me how my day was going and then when I hesitated to explain that to her, as a complete stranger she then insisted on hearing details on how badly my day was and then said with loud sarcasm "and my day is going well - thank you for asking" - apparently trying to teach me that I should have asked her that before having the temerity to begin to offer my order.
I just left her to choose a fight with another customer and I went elsewhere.
This sort of hassle is not what I need when offering my custom. I suggest some training may be in order - but perhaps she is untrainable.
I will not be back there.

An average visit. We normally get interesred staff when we go to Nero's but this time was average and the drinks were at best, average too.

I took a group of 11 people here. The cakes and coffee here were really nice and we found a large table to sit at. The location was really handy for where we were going after.
The dishwasher wasn't working, so all drinks were served in paper cups. So that was a bit disappointing. Drinks are always better in proper cups.
Also one drink which was meant to be oat milk was made incorrectly with coconut milk. This could be a serious mistake to make if there was an allergy. We weren't asked!
One other drink in the order was also the wrong drink, a latte was given instead of an iced latte. It was quickly sorted out.
Despite this I has a great time there.
