Love this Nero! The team, Olivia, Lara, and Luka are all amazingly sweet and always pay close attention to the visitors and their requests. Plus tasty coffee!

4G mobile signal awful in some locations of coffee shop. Not ideal to work from as don't want to use public WiFi.

I frequent this place several times a week. Over the past 6 months I have noticed one female member of staff that usually works of an evening time, shouting angrily and talking down to other staff behind the counter.
Same person can be seen regularly outside taking numerous smoking breaks and playing on her mobile phone.
She then comes in and makes a scene by bullying other staff especially those much younger than her. I witnessed this approximately 6 months ago when I saw her shouting to a young woman that worked there. The woman was so polite, courteous and very good at her job. The woman has since disappeared from the store, I wonder why?
This female isn't even a manager or a supervisor, just a bully with terrible attitude. It's embarrassing to listen to and observe and ruins the occasion of being there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible because it's on ground level. There is a disabled toilet also located at the rear of the shop.

I come to this particular Caffè Nero before a regular appointment. I find the staff to be helpful and polite, especially one young man who usually works on a Sunday evening. It is larger than other branches in the chain and so has a lot more seating. I also appreciated that they keep the disabled toilet locked with a key, so you do not have to worry about non-disabled people using it to wash themselves etc.

Standard Cafe Nero on Long Acre just outside Covent Garden. Lots of seating but usually quite busy. All good. Been here several times.

Caffe Nero is usually my go to anywhere I am in the country, but had one of the worst experiences here. Server was a bit rude, didn't ask if we wanted to sit in (which we did). Gave us our drinks in takeout cups and our cake in grubby takeout boxes. When I pointed out we wanted to sit in and that she never asked, she just whammed on the extra 'sit in' cost and gave it to us like that. No apologies or anything.
Not that it mattered much, the café was a bit of a mess, with pretty much all the tables not cleared. I'll try a different one next time, not like this is the only one in London!
