I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nero. The waitress was incredibly unprofessional and outright rude. Despite the cafe being open and having available seating, she refused to let us sit inside and insisted on giving us coffee to-go. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
This was especially surprising because I really love this cafe and have always had great experiences here in the past. It?s disappointing to encounter such behavior, as it does not reflect the high standards I associate with Nero. I hope this was a one-time issue and not a sign of declining service.

Mismanaged queues, drink waiting area is the same as ordering area making it too chaotic. Staff gets stressed and is rude by the end of it. Use the other one off the road

Such a bad experience manager was having too bad behaviour. I asked for interview job and i was little bit late due to train issue but she was having too much bad behaviour infornt of customers.

Normally I think this is a better branch in central london, but I came here today afternoon and ordered a large americano and turned out to be a small one.
Was a bit shocked when the barista insisted I have ordered small instead and she doubled down I had made the mistake. Not sure if that is the right way to blame your customer for your mistake.

The best Nero I've ever been to. The guy at the counter today was amazing. Above and beyond. Super friendly, patient and hospitable! He asked our coffee preferences and made suggestions. He really needs to be compensated because he belongs at a 5 star establishment with that level of professionalism and attitude.

Fast service and good prices for London. We had an iced latte and a mango and passion fruit smoothie and were very good. There was a good amount of seating in the shop (upstairs and downstairs).

I went in with my teenaged son yesterday around 7pm to purchase a hot chocolate with a voucher, but the Internet was horrible and the page was taking ages to load.
The barrister was genuinely patient, understanding and supportive. I don't see that everyday. I feel bad for not noting his name, but encounters like these prove that there are angels among us.
