Lovely place and good service great food and drink I had a mozzarella and tomato panini and a lemon drizzle cake and a large earl grey tea with milk.. Unfortunately I left a soft black bag containing a package from Uniqlo on the back of the stool I was sitting on in the back corner at about 7.15 pm am hoping it was found and will be going in in the morning to see if they have it. I was going to the theatre and didn?t notice I didn?t have it with me until the end of the show.

The young woman served me as if she hated me. She barked things at me and eye-rolled all the way through my order. The other lady who actually handed me my food was lovely

The coffee was hot and freshly prepared, and the chocolate biscuit we ordered was also neatly placed in a paper bag by the service staff. It's a shame that the person obviously doesn't like working here and couldn't say a word to say hello or goodbye. It will hardly do the shop any harm, most people probably only pass this nero shop once or twice in their lives anyway.Vegetarian options: Vegan Cookies und plant based Milk alternatives

Both Miguel and Noriko were fantastic.
We ordered 3 drinks with the £1 coupons
My son aged 5 got a large chocolate grape and squeezed it and spilt it all over the floor
Noriko immediately offered us another drink at no cost and Miguel said not to worry and cleared it up
Both are really kind and great at what the do. And they were both smiling throughout which was lovely.
Definitely something you don?t see a lot these days so thank you both of you

I got a mocha and it was similar to Starbucks. Employees are friendly. Space is looking limited and you may consider taking it out.
