Coffee was good and it was clean inside and the pastry was tasty but there were 2 employees behind the counter ( 2 skinny girl) talking and Smitha and the gentleman was making coffee were helpful and active all the time we were sitting there.

Unfortunately very inconsistent and not punctual service. Some members of staff hardly understand when ordering (for instance I ordered a regular latte on a quiet day with semi-skimmed milk and for some reason I was served skimmed milk).

Rushing staff with a short queue, barely any eye contact.

Staff is rude. AC is on max so you freeze and leave faster. Disappoining... Usually nero is good but here it sucks. Then also staff is rude

The place was good. Of course who can doubt a coffee. Every time I go there, there are just 2 staff and a long queue. No doubt about the service but it can be better if there are more people when there is queue

At Café Nero in Trafalgar Square, the coffee's great, but it can get pretty busy. You might have to wait in line to get your drink, and finding a table can be a challenge because of all the tourists. But hey, if you're patient, you'll get your caffeine fix and soak up the lively vibe of the square. Plus, it's super close to Trafalgar Square, so it's a convenient pit stop before or after checking out the sights. Just be ready for a bit of a wait, and you'll be sipping your coffee in no time.
