Staff were polite, however the portafilter wasn?t wiped clean of old grounds and espresso cups with old coffee stains were reused to make my drink. This wasn?t during a busy rush, so it felt like a very poor standard of preparation and hygiene in my opinion.

We had the Pistachio Iced Coffee. It was good, but not as good as they made it seem. It's mostly just flavored syrups doing the work. Next time will opt for another flavor perhaps. They have 2 shots of espresso in most drinks, but can made adjustments to that with the barista.

They close at 6:30
When I walked in, the lady didn?t say anything, she could?ve stopped me there, just when I was about to order, another lady goes ? sorry we?re closed? excuse me?? there?s 15 minutes left. I was like but don?t you guys close at 6:30? She goes yeah but we need 10 minutes to put the chairs away. I?m sorry but I?ve never been to a coffee shop where they close the shop 15 mins early, on top of that, the doors were open, customers were still inside. Should?ve got her name coz she clearly doesn?t know how it works.

Again and again and again, only take away cups. Nero is my preferred chain in London but more and more often I?m noticing a decline in overall service; reduced staff, dishwasher broken (often), filthy tables, filthy or closed toilets. And they?re one of the few that charge extra for ?have in?. Not sure what their business model is, but it?s cracking.
Staff are generally friendly enough but there?s a definite grumpy feeling, not surprising considering there?s usually only two baristas on duty for a very busy outlet. I?d be grumpy too. I?ll avoid this one for a while.

Terrible service. I go here a lot and today I came in and asked for an iced drink. I was told there was no ice. I replied, fair enough can I have the drink with no ice. I was told that I would be charged an extra £2.80 as there would need to be 200ml of extra milk.

For some reason, each time I order coffee here they ask me if they can serve it in a takeaway cup when I'm 'drinking in'. No idea why, but the staff don't look very happy when I say I'd prefer a real mug. If I'm out for coffee, for me it's a treat, and I like a nice mug.
Is it to save on washing up? I could understand if it was a one off but it happens every time?!

the staff were so incredibly dry which i thought was fine but obviously not up to standard however i ordered my hot chocolate and the cream on it was sour- likewise to the pouring cream ordered too- it was lumpy and sour and so i politely asked for a new one because the cream is off and funky tasting and was greeted with a rude, sour (much like the cream) reaction - the man was very very offended that he got called out he was HORRIBLE ruined my time

Not great as Neros go. The place looked scruffy and un-cared for. There were plenty of tables to clear but staff were more interested in looking at their phones. It was quiet when we ordered 2 drinks, so why didn't each staff member get our order instead of scrolling?
The bathroom looked smashed up and poorly maintained.
Nero is normally my coffee shop of choice, but I will avoid this branch in future.
