Staff were polite, however the portafilter wasn’t wiped clean of old grounds and espresso cups with old coffee stains were reused to make my drink. This wasn’t during a busy rush, so it felt like a very poor standard of preparation and hygiene in my opinion.

We had the Pistachio Iced Coffee. It was good, but not as good as they made it seem. It's mostly just flavored syrups doing the work. Next time will opt for another flavor perhaps. They have 2 shots of espresso in most drinks, but can made adjustments to that with the barista.
