This was in London covent garden ordered 3 lattes and they were in very small cups, similar to ones used for flat whites but at latte prices. Asked for warm got extra hot. Not impressed

Got here after being turned down by two other coffee shops ? and chuffed we did. Haven?t been to Caffè Nero in quite a while as always looking for something different & preferably non-chain ? our mistake! This may be a chain but I forgot how great it is. The coffee usually has a decent flavour & body and plenty of good quality food & tempting treats too. Even genuine mini Italian panettone ? (and not just for Christmas). This branch also turned out to be one of the best we?ve been in as the cherry on top. Great airy & bright space with comfy seating & decent character to the atmosphere (decent tunes at perfect volume too). To make the experience even better, the staff were brilliant & most importantly agreed to serve our coffee in ceramic & not paper, even though it was near closing time (first time I?ve had any success with any coffee shop & deserving of another 5 stars ??????

Being a vitality member I regularly take advantage of their 50% of healthy food range. I went in for breakfast and scanned the collect points app but the discount did not apply, even though it worked the day before at another branch. I tried at least 5 times before the barista says they can't do anything on the till, pay in full and then contact customer services via the app for a refund. After following their advice customer services are refusing to make the refund as they state I never scanned the app and I would need to visit the branch. I live in Nottingham, which customer services are aware of, and asked me to go to London for a refund! To add to this the porridge was so watery and had barely any oats in. Nothing like the advertised images instore.

Not a crowded cafe, spacious and has aircon on a summer day. Relaxing after a lot of walking in London.

The croissants are disappointing but the location is good. Coffee/tea not too bad. Worthwhile spot for people watching!
