Very bad service from new staff before it was good..now the store manager and staff everybody is rude and quality rating i would like to give in minus.
Before i use to go daily now i don't prefer to go or suggest anybody to go.
Very rude and negative atmosphere and service.

I am shocked to see how fast the service is! Even if I ask cappuccino/latte with soy milk. My coffee is always ready in less than a minute. Very efficient staff.
The café is very small and not very cozy, but ideal for take away on your way to the office.

I loved my small 2 minute visit to this specific Caffé Nero. The lovely lady with the purple bandana just made my day to be honest. I work in service and we meet a lot of weird and rude people and it can affect our mood. But she is such an angel! I hope every customer is nice to her as much as she is. Thank you for your lovely service! I really wish her the best.

This must be one of the busiest coffee shops in London but the staff are always attentive, provide great service and make wonderful coffee.
Hopefully Head Office recognise their efforts!!
