I don't usually leave reviews but this is worth mentioning, the atmosphere and the coffee are good but I sat here for 30 minutes and none of the staff came to remove the clutter, off peak time with 5 tables occupied yet you're surrounded with this mess.... you pay extra for this experience btw !

Rude young trainee Barista.
I asked for an Earl Grey with a tiny bit of milk to have inside. He proceeds to make my drink and pours tonnes of milk in. I apologetically tell him it's too milky for me, I asked for a TINY bit of milk. He dramatically tips the tea down the sink and proceeds to make my tea in a take out cup ? Confused I say I want to drink inside, to which he replies they are only serving take out drinks now !
I ask for a refund as I want to sit down in an air conditioned cafe on a hot day .....He changes his mind again and finally, on the third attempt makes me an Earl Grey with a separate container of milk so I can add my own .
Not good customer service at 5pm on a Thursday.

Super friendly staff and chilled area to relax at. Just came in for a coffee break and had no issues. Got served quickly and had loads of seating available.

Rude staff, very ignorant. I placed my order online and it took them 15 minutes to make my coffee - it was only made after I asked for an update on my order. Too busy chatting.

Visited this morning. Was ?greeted? by a rude member of staff who had forgotten that most basic of manners. Face like thunder and an attitude to match. Got order wrong and to boot was served in a cup with a chip. I know it was Monday, but at least fake a smile. First and last time I?ll be visiting.
