Found the perfect couch to relax here while waiting for a delayed flight... My friend accidentally spilled her coffee all over the table & floor (& me!) & although we tried to insist on cleaning it ourselves, a barista was SO kind to offer her help as well. To our shock, she then asked which coffee my friend had ordered, & promptly made a new one!:) It was such a generous gesture, thank you for the lovely experience<3

The waiting time in this Caffè Nero branch is always long, one thing I don?t like about this branch is there are several waiting lines near the counter, so when you had chosen to wait at one line, you might end up waiting for longer than anyone who came later than you cos their lines were serving and moving quicker, which I found it very ANNOYING, and I have experienced this several times in a year, and they never changed their way of queuing up. Last time I went there a staff offered a free coffee to the person in front of me only cos his card didn?t work, it was a nice gesture however I found it very unfair to the rest of the customers who had to pay.

Manager is terrible. Refused to top up drink with milk as I asked for it without ice. So paid for a drink that was half empty.

I only ordered a cappuccino. There was a queue. Two girls and a boy served. They were very nice and fast. Hard work. You have to keep up. Full respect

Visited at the very beginning of October 2023, the man serving was incredibly rude, rolling his eyes at me, very awful customer service, not experienced hostility like that in a long time, but the products are fine, just very disappointed with the staff.

It shouldn?t be possible to make coffee this bad, and yet Cafe Nero somehow manage it. Their overpriced latte is a thin, bitter, murky cupful of disappointment. Why? I mean, it?s not hard to make drinkable coffee. Please give it a try, Cafe Nero

When I was waiting for my flight ??, I needed a cup of coffee ?? and something sweet so I took double espresso and fudge ?. Very delicious, highly recommend it for those who can't without a good cup of coffee ??

I like Cortado, but it is nothing like Cortado over here ! It was weak americano with milk in espresso cup ! Kind of soup , but not coffee ! Very disappointing!

Staff too busy gossiping like hens to get the orders right. Queue is backed up right out of the shop but there seems to be no urgency to not keep people waiting.Kudos for the camaraderie, not so much for the service.
