If you like toilets with overflowing bloody sanitary pads this place is for you. What's even more wonderful about this is apparently the facilities are inspected every hour.
Service with no acknowledgement whatsoever and one staff failing to serve three people in a queue. Will not be returning.

This is a spacious and comfortable cafe, and has quite a large set of books to read. However, the coffee is more expensive if you don?t order takeaway. Wouldn?t the opposite make more sense, to disincentivize waste? The coffee isn?t particularly good anyway.

Rude staffs. Everyone behind me were served except me. Had to ask them to take my order. One of them even proceeded to serve people who came much later than me. coffee was quite bad as well

I visited Caffè Nero yesterday and had a great time. The food and drinks were delicious, I had the Strawberry Vanilla Matcha. The best part was the amazing service from the barista, Shaumia. She was friendly, funny, and made us feel really welcome. I highly recommend this place for great coffee and outstanding service!

The young trainee with a hijab (sorry I don?t know her name) was really good, her kindness and smile made the Nero experience even better. You should have more staff like this.

Summayah and Shaumia two baristas at cafe Nero were super helpful with attending to my request. I had asked their opinion on the new Matcha drink and they suggested an absolutely amazing combination for me to try, I absolutely loved it and am very grateful for them showing me this new coffee x matcha mixture, I will definitely be getting this drink from now onwards.

I ordered an iced Americano and hot food to go. While the order was being prepared, I asked if I could use the restroom, and was told it was fine. When I returned, it seemed like my order had been forgotten or simply not made. I understand if this was due to waiting to prepare a hot drink, but in this case it was an iced beverage, so there was no reason for a delay.
What was more frustrating is that I waited while the staff continued serving other customers, and I was ignored. When my order was finally prepared, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the delay.

Not pleased with my experience. Ordered my usual cup of coffee on a monday. Went back on a wednesday. At least 5 people on queue and one barista working. Barista was literally pressured and on a rush that she did not even listen carefully to my order. I was supposed to say add a request of sugar free caramel syrup but she already turned away. Charged me for a whole milk which I knew was a mistake since I wanted oat milk. Gave me a doubt as well if my coffee was decaf or not since she literally did not catch what I ordered. Sipping my cup of coffee now and it's literally just coffee with no pistachio taste at all. Really disappointed with this experience. I just let it pass and gave consideration since it's ramadan and she surely is on fasting. I just wish shop would have adequate staff especially on busy hours.

The café itself might not be the best for food, but it?s a nice spot to get some work done. The area is convenient, with a calm atmosphere for focusing. Just don?t expect much from the food.
