I?m a regular customer here and normally there?s good service. Last week I was treated really horribly by one of the members of staff. She was rude and disrespectful! Very disappointed.

I did not have a good experience with cafe Nero. I?ve been there multiple times after a long a long shift at work. The Coffe if always bland. I asked for a ICED chai latte however the drink came warm. I asked for extra cinnamon and the lady just slapped some cinnamon on the top on the drink? didn?t bother to mix it nothing.
I?ll be taking my money to black sheep coffee or Starbucks.

As an nhs worker at Bart?s- this was my fav coffee shop in the morning before shift. Cappuccino and the iced pistachio latte 10/10. Queues can be long in morning but staff does try their best to push orders out.

I coming here not too often, however I like it when there almost always find a table to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and a cake or panettone.

I went to Nero for morning pick me up coffee and a sandwich however the service was slow with long queue. So I had to change it for a blueberry muffin.
only 3 staff serving in the morning is ridiculous for that busy shop next to under ground station.
The staff were stressed so obviously not a very friendly interaction.
My Latte was good however blueberry muffin did not taste good or fresh .... Only looked good.
I'm very disappointed
