Stopped by for ice cream and it was delicious! The flavors were creamy and nice. A special shoutout to **Parisben** who served us, she was incredibly friendly and provided fantastic service. Her great attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

That was very lovely experience for visiting coffee concerto westfield (balcony)
Specially the communicate with parita she is very humble and kind lady. We are thankful for her and CCW as well. And the test of ice cream was to Yummy. We will sure to visit again ?

The ice-cream is really nice and not too surgery
We have been served by PARITABENS and she was super nice although it was almost closing time she was serving us ice-cream with so much patience and a great smile. Her service makes us wsnt to come back here for sure.

I had a wonderful experience at Caffè Concerto (Westfield Balcony). Their creamy ice cream is absolutely delicious ? rich, smooth, and full of flavour, a real treat worth coming back for!
Special thanks to Paritabens, the lovely lady at the cashier, who was so warm and welcoming, and also to the young girl who served the ice cream with such kindness and a genuine smile. Both of them were polite, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable with their excellent customer service.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for not only great desserts but also a team that truly knows how to make customers feel valued.
