We saw the beautiful exterior from the bus and planned to visit. It looked like an Italian caffe'. When we got inside we had to ask them to clean the table. The waitress was reluctant/tolerant... We then took a look at the desserts - not good - at all.
We sat down for cappuccino and hot chocolate. It came out cold. When we asked them to heat it up they put our cup under the steamer that they used to make new fresh cups of hot beverages.
We left the cappuccino and the hot chocolate there.
I strongly recommend someplace else.

After sitting down, we were ignored. The cafe was not busy. We had a get the waiters attention twice before he finally came over to take our order. Very overpriced. We will not return.

Expensive, with low quality cakes that don't justify the price. On top of it, they charge a service charge that only half of it goes to the local team.

Andreea was a great server! She was very attentive. The food is always good, but very pricey. The Spanish Latte is amazing.

I had a wonderful experience at Caffè Concerto, thanks to Nidhibent She was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable right away. She prepared a delicious hot drink for me, and it was just perfect exactly what I needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really made my visit special. Thank you, Nidhibent, for the great service. I?ll definitely be coming back!
