I had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, the tea is really top-notch, and the shisha is just perfect ? especially the frozen apple flavor, it?s the best I?ve had. On top of that, the staff are ultra friendly and welcoming. Abdul runs the place and he, along with the whole team, make you feel right at home. Definitely recommend this spot!

Showing service. Unhappy lady took the order and ordered us to go and Sit. Paid £12.32 for £3.50 americano and £7.45 cake. No napkins offered as no napkins on the tables also.

I visited Cafe Diana with my friend and had a very unpleasant experience. When we entered, the waitress was sitting at a table eating her own meal. After the chef told us to wait, she suddenly stood up and, still chewing, almost threw the menus at us without saying a single word. We were so shocked by this rude and disrespectful behavior that we left without ordering anything.
This place does not honor the memory of Princess Diana ? it disrespects it. Very disappointing.

Dreadful experience. The food was bad, poorly presented, and frankly well below average for the prices they charge. The staff were unfriendly: no smile, no courtesy, and an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Also, they were oddly insistent on being paid in cash, which felt pushy and unprofessional. The whole atmosphere was unwelcoming, which is not what you?d expect from a restaurant in this location. I?m genuinely shocked this place is still open

I have been visiting this restaurant for over 22 years with my family to dine in or take away. The kebap is the best Iraqi kebap in London, the place is very nice and the staff ? many of whom have been there for years ? are friendly, warm, and welcoming. Great atmosphere and reasonable prices. Always highly recommended!
