I have been a loyal customer for many years ? so I was disappointed when I bought a carpet for a bedroom and they laid the carpet for me, but then Dean? cut my door too short. ? I was extremely annoyed - it took me ages to get the door like I did.I complained to Mustafa (Manager).He sent around a guy to check it out.The guy agreed with me that the door was too short, however I don't know what he reported back to Mustafa. ?Mustafa responded to me, telling me to buy a new door ? hang it and put door handle on, then he would issue a complimentary door cut. ?? ? REALLY!We were going round and round in circles, I asked to speak with the director as Mustafa informed me that he was going by what the director was saying.I had to Google the directors name ? Mustafa was not helpful in any way shape or form with giving the directors name. Sad!Rung Mehmet (director) and I said Mustafa must have told him about my door ?Mehmet replied yes and asked if he could just take another look at the photos they held there.Mehmet then rung me back and asked if he could come and look at my door ?Mehmet came here with another guy called Chris - they both agreed it was cut too short and said when he got back to the shop he would ask Mustafa to put things right ??Mehmet went above and beyond and offered a new landing and stairway carpet, if I wanted.I accepted the carpet and we love it.Mehmet is a top guy - BIG Thanks Mehmet.??Mustafa did apologise said that he wasn't getting the report back that he needed. ??Anyways I am glad that we were able to resolve the matter.Still, really happy ? in the end and will be back once decorated to get flooring for other rooms. *****

Brilliant service from start to finish. Mustafa helped my elderly mum choose a lovely carpet and when the supplier was mucking them around with a delivery date, he kept on and got it all sorted for her. Very friendly and helpful. Carpet fitters were lovely and helpful too. Highly recommend and will be coming here again for flooring. Thank you Mustafa!

They are lying to people people with measurement and calculating the price be careful guys, when you going to buy carpets with them. Specially with guy name, Mustafa no, I explained the issue they told me if not be bring the item back they wasting time

I am super impressed with the customer service of this company. Everyone from the shop manager, to the guy who came to measure up, and the carpet fitters. All were very helpful and very professional.My stairs were measured, I was given a quote, and the carpet was fitted within a week.I am more than pleased with my carpet. It looks amazing, and the quality is second to none.Another amazing factor was the price, half of that quoted by a local large carpet store.In the light of my very positive experience, I would definitely recommend this company.

Mustafa and Dev gave advice on products in shop. I ordered laminate & carpet.I changed the order next day and Mustafa was very kind about it the fitters came 7am-7pm. Worked hard, polite and altogether a wonderful job. Very pleased & grateful with the results. Thank u you
