The security man shouted at me and my friend and rushed us out of the store, while we where searching for a drink because apparently we were looking in the store for ?20 minutes? when we had only been there for 5 minutes and he had kept looking at us suspiciously the whole entire time. The customer service was terrible and came of very hostile.

The security man is so rude. I came in with my friend and we were standing by the drinks because we couldn't decide what we wanted. The whole time he was staring at us, and after max 5minutes he started shouting at us telling us to pay or leave, saying we had been there for '20 minutes' when we had only been there for a few.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in the UK.The girls on the tills shold rather go and work in their countries if they are unable to adapt to English manners.

Great products in store & prices are reasonable but Wouldn?t recommend this shop if you don?t want to be followed around or constantly stared at whilst shopping. Been going in here for years however since their refurbishment & arrival of new staff it?s changed ALOT.Staff are very unfriendly, constant stares when shopping and even when paying for you?re items. They pretend to be looking for something and follow you down the aisles. Experienced it for the first time then noticed they do it to multiple Customers too. Will not be returning here.OTHERS please be warned.
