On the advice of a friend we went to the Bulgari hotel in London to start the day in the best possible way with a super breakfast; well what can I say, it went beyond all imagination, it was simply the best breakfast of our lives ? all the dishes that were served to us were sublime, the chef Samuele was truly exceptional, as were all the staff, smiling but always kind and professional, they made us feel at home!!!..Not happy, we decided to try dinner too ? if you really want to have a magnificent experience in a luxury hotel in the heart of London, served by a sublime chef and professional staff, don't miss the opportunity to stop by!!P.S. A special mention to the desserts ? which really put the icing on the experience, congratulations to all ????

Beautiful hotel in the heart of London, great connection to the airport - Piccadilly Line. Huge, comfortable, clean rooms where you can order food, room service 24 hours a day. You can also use the SPA in the hotel - I recommend Deepal, she is a fantastic masseuse of both body and face. You can also use the swimming pool. There is also the Sette restaurant which specializes in Italian cuisine, other world flavors are also available, exquisite and impressive. Inside there is a cocktail bar that serves wonderful cocktails. The service is nice, smiling and super helpful! I highly recommend the Bvlgarii hotel - a very high standard that meets the wishes of the most demanding consumers.

10/10 the most stunning place we have visited for food.The food, drinks and service were all incredible.The live entertainment was a really nice touch to the whole dining experience.The cigar lounge is also incredible here, yet again with amazing service and staff.Wonderful evening spent here. Thank you all.Food & drinks: Beautiful presentation.All dishes were absolutely delicious. Great selection of both food and drink.

Great selection of hot beverages- 'wild chai'.I didn't eat in this time but the food that some guests were having looked fresh enough and made on site.The Head waiter could have been a bit more friendlier. I didn't get a "thank you madame and enjoy the rest of your day" after paying, just a "you can remove your card".The atmosphere was nice enough- pleasant and quiet.Food & drinks: Great selection of hot beverages- 'wild chai'.I didn't eat in this time but the food that some guests were having looked fresh enough and made on site.

Im a loyal customer to Bulgari Hotel london as the service is great and i feel at home every time i visit, what made my stay an exceptional experience is the staff and especially the concierge Nico and the manger Andy who are welcoming and attentive to my needs and they are a great example of what a customer experience should be.Rooms: Very comfortable rooms
