Very good customer service

I visited this shop @ 4.45 pm today. Four staff all chatting to each other loudly exchanging stories. Not one employee acknowledged my presence. No one was helpful, friendly or engaging about the clothes and knitwear. I think that the founder of this this business would be very unhappy with this behaviour. I left promptly and will not return to Brora Sloane Square

From their website " Luxury Scottish cashmere and clothing"Most of their items, 80%,are not made in UK and not luxury, you can find similar products in any local market or department store like Marks and Spencer at a lower price.Rude and arrogant employees, they cannot wait to shut the door at 6 pm, they make pressure on customers to leave the store.

I had such a great time stocking up for winter while shopping here. Jennifer was so kind and helpful with suggestions not only for what I needed but how a scarf or a snood would pair or match up with a coat or a sweater. I have a disability and sensitivity around my neck and really suffer with anything that itches or pokes or rubs against my skin. I love every piece I bought from here and more grateful that I got such support and kindness from the other staff. The store closes at 5pm but they stayed open till 5:30pm without rushing me even once. Thanks Jennifer and all!

The last time I've bought something from here was at the end of October 2012, and that was a cashmere care set. The staff here seem alright and friendly but I do not really have much of an opinion about them. I know that a staff member here went to the film premiere event of 007 Skyfall at the Royal Albert Hall, as trivial as it sounds that's the only fact I was made aware of.
