I recently took my 13-year-old for an eye test at Brompton?s Optician, and I must say it was a great experience.The staff was incredibly nice and made the entire process comfortable for my child. I had the pleasure of visiting this optician, and I must say, it's one of the best, if not the absolute best, in London. Nea and Elenoar are not only extremely efficient and knowledgeable but also incredibly sweet. The frame selection is top-notch, and the quality of their lenses is truly unmatched. I couldn't be happier with my experience here!

I went here to get my sunglasses fixed. The staff were lovely and fixed the issue in five minutes and charged me a very reasonable price, so I would highly recommend.

I've been on the journey with Bromptons almost from the very start, some 24 years ago. Before then trying to purchase pair of glasses was an antediluvian experience.If one is looking for the Specsavers/Vision Express experience you will not find it here. It's about quality, service and patience, along with frames I can attest to lasting a long time, should you take care of them.If you want a rewarding experience with attentive caring staff when you're shopping for your next eyewear, Bromptons is the place.

I was visiting my son in London on Tuesday and had a contact lense stuck in my eye. My eye looked horrific and i was in alot of pain. I walked into Bromptons, was met by the most gorgeous lady who said could i wait as the optician was with someone. I waited for probably 10 minutes, if that, which was actually great as we had a lovely chat with the lady. The optician was so so lovely, the lense wasnt actually in but my eye was so sore so he put drops in and explained he was there the next day if i needed to go back. Both my son and i said as we left ?oh god how lovely were they?, if i lived in London i would go here as my optician. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough. Truly amazing, very caring service!! Thank you so much xx

Really lovely local opticians with really kind sweet staff who make you feel really looked after. The lady who works here is super sweet and cleared a little seat for me and my boyfriend to sit down in whilst she tried to fix my glasses for me.They have such an array of frames some vintage ones and really unusual colours and designs. I got my favourite butterfly frames fitted with baby blue sunglass prescription lenses ??the eye test was really fun i love the sound of the little glass disks being placed in the testing glasses slot still the old fashioned style of testing which i love, i wonder how many eyes have looked through the glass clarifying the world around us. i find it so soothing. lovely place highly recommend
