Bromptons is 'old school' in the best sense - bespoke service that is highly focussed on the best outcome for clients; expert staff from clinicians to front office to technicians. Expert advice at all stages, from questions of which type of lens is most appropriate to one's needs to matters of frame styles and practicalities. Highly recommended.

I've been with Bromptons for yonks! Prices and frames change (this is out of their control) but their service and customer interaction never diminishes, it always stays high (this is their choice). Ask for advice you'll get it, request to be left alone...so be it. Here you can select your glasses without pressure and in your own time.

been a customer (and my husband and children too) for nearly 20 years. Arpita and Karen are always kind and helpful and all the staff is very nice. After a comprehensive eye test, they are also experts at suggesting flattering frames. Great place!

Been with Karen and her team at Bromptons for about thirty years, and have been more than happy with them for all my optical needs - apart from sourcing spectacles for me, they?ve been exceptionally helpful with running repairs, as well as providing prescription lenses for sunglasses I?ve bought elsewhere. Can?t recommend them highly enough ?

First class service. Extremely pleased with their attention to our personal preferences. Very professional. They were able to repair a pair of Prada glasses that no other opticians were able to, and that was after trying elsewhere in London, and where I originally bought them in Kuala Lumper, so well done team at Bromptons

Bromptons are the best opticians I have been to. They have an excellent selection of frames but what make them stand apart are their advice and patience. Karen went above and beyond to help. She had my old broken glasses re-soldered so that I can still use them (a service that none of the previous opticians I visited proposed to do). In addition, I ended up buying not one but two new glasses that I love.

I have to say this practice is incredible. All members of the team are accommodating and fantastic at anticipating your needs. They assisted me in finding some new frames that suited me and then once ordered made sure I had them the very next day. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have been what feels like 'part of the family' at Bromptons for nearly 18 years. They've looked after my eyes and consistently been super friendly, always going above and beyond. In the rare case of an emergency when I hurt my eye, they immediately helped with checking it out & advising what to do & where to go. A lifetime relationship.

The most helpful, friendly and professionally capable opticians I have had the pleasure to use. When you're dealing with your own eyes, confidence in your practitioner is paramount. The people at Brompton's on Kensington Hight Street are the ones to go for.

Yesterday my contact lens flipped to the back of my eye and I couldn't even see it in there. I ran into David Clulow on Kensington High Street for help as it was very uncomfortable and quite scary - they are my opticians in Wigmore street. The optician couldn't see me for an hour (even though he seemed available as was waiting for a patient ) he said they would charge me to do this and also insisted I had an eye test too. So I left and went next-door to Brompton Opticians. I was told the optician was on her lunch break but could help in an hour - but she overheard me downstairs and came running upstairs, dropped her sandwich and fished out my lens in less than a minute. No charge and incredibly kind as I was quite desperate. So I will be leaving David Clulow behind and registering with Brompton Opticians. Many thanks for helping me yesterday

I have been going to Bromptons as my primary eye care provider for 30 years, including the past 10 when I travelled 1 hour each way for my appointments with Arpita. Need I say more ?
