Waste of time with uncommunicative staff, I booked an appointment and came very early in case anyone could see me and was told to take a seat, I waited 45min and not one member of staff said another word to me. Something along the lines of we can?t see you now come back at your appointment time or we?ll be another half hour or anything at all. They saw multiple other people trying things on and no one acknowledge me, not even to give any feedback when I left and said ?I?d like to cancel my appointment? they just said ?ok?. I should have walked out earlier as they don?t seem bothered.

I used to work at Bravissimo in a different shop, and honestly I was surprised with the experience in the Oxford Circus shop.The shop floor attendant was disinterested in helping and I was ignored for 10 minutes, and when I did ask for help they sent me downstairs where there was no one there.Again waited downstairs for help with getting some sizes to try and was ignored until I stopped staff members going in and out of the stock room to ask for sizes. When I asked for help in the fitting rooms they said they?d come back but didn?t. I left disillusioned and with no bras because I couldn?t get any other sizes. Shame because I love Bravissimo, your stock is awesome and your staff are generally super warm and helpful. Really disillusioned.

Yet again another brilliant fitting experience ??Beth was so professional and knowledgeable ,putting me at ease straight away , I came away with three lovely bras, which I know are confortable and pretty , I wish I had found Bravissimo sooner !!

Loved it !!!!@. Brooke, the assistant, was spot on with her choices and getting the size right. She was lovely. . Pricey bras for my personal pocket. However, I happily purchased more than I ever intended .. Great experience

I love coming to Bravissimo.. there are so many options for my size 36JJ :) Divine was so lovely and helped me choose 4 bras for myself and 3 for my sister. She was so helpful and fun and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I really appreciate all of her help today :)

I have been a loyal customer of Bravissimo for over a decade.Regrettably, I found myself waiting for assistance for an extended period, approximately 15 minutes, only to later discover that the staff member I had initially spoken to had forgotten about me.My interactions with four different staff members during this episode were both bewildering and frustrating. None of them were able to provide a satisfactory resolution, and instead, they all insisted on identifying the staff member I had spoken with earlier.One of the staff members displayed a combative demeanor, seemingly placing blame on me rather than acknowledging the oversight made by a fellow staff member. Despite my detailed explanation of the situation, she demanded a name, which I was unable to provide. She eventually walked away dismissively, leaving me in a state of astonishment.Subsequently, my interaction with the store manager, was equally disheartening. She exhibited inadequate conflict resolution skills, and her persistent pushiness only served to exacerbate my frustration.What struck me as particularly odd throughout this ordeal was the absence of any apology from the staff members at any point during the encounter.In today's challenging retail landscape, where physical stores face significant difficulties, it is perplexing that the staff would behave in a manner that risks alienating loyal customers. As a result of this disappointing experience, I have made the decision not to shop at Bravissimo.

Had travelled a fair distance to visit this store after loosing weight. Super exited to make a few purchases! On arrival ignored. Waited patiently. Still ignored.I asked the assistant if there was another store and she suggested I head to Covent Garden. But this time her store was empty! ??Such a pity. I was so very disappointed!

This shop has a great selection of lingerie for all styles and sizes. The staff is welcoming and 'walking in fitting' is always available. The quality of the products is great and you can find some intriguing sexy design no matter what is your body type. I normally have issues to find the right size for me as I am busy with a small waistline and here I found what I need it. I will bd back..
