I am just another motorist who used the services at this petrol station (a regular customer) to be fined for so called parking. After refuelling, one of the services I used was the jet wash and on that day, only one was working, resulting in a long queue. This is the reason I was fined. I am appealing for this and would now take my business elsewhere.

Like others I got rinsed with a £100 fine for using the car wash with a queue of 10 cars which meant I was on the site for longer than 30 mins. The car wash ticket states I have 7 days to use the car wash, not 30 minutes.Update: response to BP.Thank you for replying to this review. You say you have no intention of fine your customers but the number of reviews about you fines suggest otherwise. You seem to be sending these threatening letters to your customers speculatively. Sending invoices like this is illegal.

I use this car wash regularly and too often one of the bays is not functional. The queues are too long? it?s really painful. I am posting this on a Saturday morning and again only one machine is working.

Got a fine waiting due the car wash, no horrible legal letters and spending hours trying to sort this out! Hard to reach anyone whilst BP makes record profits - terrible.

you have 30 min of stay then you get fined, i was there for the car wash..few others in front and got fined for staying 34mins
