Older property in Bow, mystery damp smell near the downstairs toilet that had been building for weeks. Bow Plumbing Services traced it to a slow leak on the soil pipe connection behind the wall, accessible through the cupboard underneath the stairs. Repaired cleanly, smell gone within a few days. Proper investigation rather than just guessing.
