Beware the 14 day returns policy - no returns, exchanges, credit notes or exceptions. I ended up returning after 3 weeks after trying very hard to make it back twice before but the manager was absolutely unwilling to listen and was quite unpleasant. He could have waived the policy but he chose not to - he seemed to personally dislike me. I ended up leaving the items behind and lost £40. For a charity shop, not very charitable.

Really lovely shop! Got a pair of jeans and a book today. Items are nicely organised and you can find some great gems. Would definitely come back again! ?
