I walked in cold and desperate for a refresh...and well what can i say... it's not often you feel like you made a friend. Management and staff alike are a complete breathe of fresh air and helped (&guided me) to the right choice (or cup as in Indiana Jones...I chose wisely!). Look forward to our next contact. Have a wealthy 2024 if that's not entirely in your hands have a healthy one which is always far better! Sincere ? Thanks. Any sceptics - this is not sponsored or AI....?. Jacket fits like a ?..

Honestly, Hugo Boss are just a bunch of crooks. Tried to return an item bought from another store because their receipt shows 'Return to any store', and they refused the return. When returning to the original store, I was told 'they're naughty and say their tills don't work'. I'm sorry but this is the same 'high end' store that sells suits for £1k. Poundland customer experience. Absolute joke. I would love to say also that this was the only bad experience I'd had with Boss. Never again.

Mixed customer service experience. Good floor staff in general. Italian manager was so rude to the customer in front if me about a shirt they returned that was (IMHO) slightly creased, made me feel really uncomfortable. Will shop at other outlets in future.

Appalling customer service on 22nd April 2023. Incredibly rude staff. Was told I was unable to put through a transaction separately from my partner as the sales assistant was too busy. Do not shop here. Abandoned an £80 purchase. Do not shop here. Hostile and unprofessional staff. Hugo Boss should do better

I love the Hugo brand and shop there regularly. I was given the wrong jacket in my bag, which really irrated me as I had to travel 3 hours to return the jacket. I was very disappointed there was not even an apology for the mistake. They just kept trying to sell me the other jacket without acknowledging the mistake. I would have swapped if the service was better. I was disappointed the service isn't better for the prices.

One of the staff was super rude to me because I wanted to return a sale item which I bought from another branch. He refused to do this under any circumstances and was so rude about it. I think it was 20 min before the store is closing and he couldn't bother. I will never shop from Boss or this particular store ever. Very disappointed
