Sadly I am unable to provide a positive experience with this store or their after sales services. I made a purchase in store, attempted to arrange a refund, of an unworn item, with all tags still attached. The refund was refused on the basis that sale items are non refundable. These terms were not made clear at point of purchase, and the receipt was placed in the bag. Not allowing me an opportunity to check Ts & Cs. I challenged this with after sales and was met with reasonable obnoxious responses not answering direct questions until I re-iterated my points. That a) T&C were no made clear b) Signage was inadequate c) The item was in perfect condition. The Hugo Boss post sales management refused to acknowledge my point and have advised me to pursue a legal claim. Which I will be considering.As a result I will not be purchasing anything from Hugo Boss again. I urge you to reconsider engaging with an organisation whom manner and customer sales requires examination.

Zero star not possible unfortunately.Called store to see if item was in stock. No answer, automated message stating send WhatsApp message for instant response.Sent message; got a reply 20 minutes later saying 'Good afternoon, how can we help?' I replied stating my query at 12.26pm with the intention to leave SW London to drive all the way there to purchase the item if they had my size....no reply to my query so sent a follow up message at 2.02pm and it is now 5.19pm and they do not even have the courtesy to reply!!!Reading all the reviews on this store it is clear not to shop there!!!Ended up ordering online in the end. Thanks Westfield's Hugo Boss!!! Absolute garbage!!!

A simply fantastic experience . I have been tomany Hugo boss stores throughout the world but in my opinion this stands out from them all. I feel like the team in this store genuinely care and especially a fantastic young man who works there named Sergiu. Nothing is too much for him and I feel he went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. A true asset to Hugo Boss and I look forward to my next visit to the store. Thank you Sergiu.

Big fan of Boss and Hugo Boss in the past 12 months buying lots of their products.Unfortunately the store at Westfield Stratford is very poor customer service each time I visit the store. No greeting at all each time I visited or been approached, walking into store wearing all boss clothing could clearly see I am a boss fan. Have put me off from purchasing in store. With Boss being a designer brand customer service/greeting is important.Better off buying online and having it delivered, could try on size in store than buy online.

I had a horrible experience in this store. I went in to buy some t-shirts for my husband for his birthday, and unfortunately it wasn't possible because of the terrible service. I asked a saleswoman for help and she said I had to look in the hangers. I told her I wasn't sure if she could help me, but one more time she told me to look around the store. I keep thinking that you shouldn't earn commission so you don't care about sales.The worst part was when my daughter started crying, another employee who was at the register looked at my daughter with a very ugly face. My daughter is only 3 years old and has autism, at that moment I felt very discriminated against. I immediately left this store and went to Guess, I received very good service there, I spent £600 pounds. I don't recommend this Hugo Boss to anyone, especially if they have children.

Very clean and tidy menswear but i didn't buy a new coat, which is what i was shopping for becsuse i thought the prices were too high for the products.I did buy a new coat that day for £250 but from a different store.

I recently visited this store ,unfortunately had a disappointing experience with their customer service, particularly with the assistance provided by Maria. Her demeanor was rude, and I found her approach to showing the clothes to be somewhat unprofessional. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service, and this encounter left me with a negative impression of the store. It's disheartening when such incidents tarnish the overall experience, and I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future patrons.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is always clean and well kept. I wasn't able to find my size and a member of staff even went online to find the item so big thumbs up for service.

Unsatisfactory experience with this branch of Hugo Boss.I purchased an item online and later decided to visit the store for alterations. However, it became apparent that the staff treated me differently because I didn't make my purchase in-store. It's disheartening to see a brand like Hugo Boss not valuing its customers equally, regardless of where they made their purchase.Furthermore, the staff seemed to have no clear pricing structure for alterations. On my initial visit, I was told that altering my new Hugo Boss overcoat would cost £45. I needed some time to think about it, and when I returned the next day, a different staff member quoted me £30.Instead of taking accurate measurements, the staff member simply glanced at the coat and estimated the alterations with their eyes. Very strange given the price they've charged.
