Great area for foodies!! You will find all types of cuisines here as well as fresh fish, steaks, vegetables, flowers, spices and of course beverages! They are open for lunch only and you will easily walk off what you eat as it is multiple blocks of markets. Enjoy!!

This place is a foodie haven. Everything you could possibly imagine. We had bread ahead donuts, ginger pig sausage roll, and a delicious sandwich. We also had chocolate covered strawberries. Literally everything was moth watering. This is a tourist must do! Bring your wallet and stretch pants

If you're a food enthusiast seeking a gastronomic adventure, Borough Market in London is a must-visit destination. This vibrant market boasts a diverse array of culinary delights, making it a perfect spot for gift shopping and indulging in delightful smaller dishes. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a cornucopia of choices, from exotic spices to artisanal cheeses. As a lover of unique finds, I couldn't resist picking up some perfect gifts for friends and family. One standout memory that will forever linger on my taste buds is the divine Honey Truffle Pork Sandwich. This masterpiece, adorned with 30-month-old Parmesan and a tangy apple slaw, transported me to culinary heaven. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and utterly satisfying. For those open to culinary exploration, Borough Market offers an array of smaller dishes that are a treat for the palate. I sampled a delightful assortment, each bite a new adventure into the world of flavors. However, a word of caution for fellow travelers: avoid weekends or rainy days if possible. The market can become overwhelmingly crowded, making it challenging to navigate without bumping into fellow food enthusiasts. Despite this minor inconvenience, the bustling atmosphere adds to the charm for those willing to brave the crowds. In between bites, I stumbled upon a hidden gem--a vendor offering Goat's Milk Ice Cream. Creamy, indulgent, and bursting with flavor, it was a refreshing treat that left me craving more. In conclusion, Borough Market is a paradise for foodies, offering a variety of culinary delights and perfect gift options. While the crowds can be daunting on weekends or rainy days, the delectable dishes and unique finds make it a worthwhile adventure. My taste buds are still reminiscing about that unforgettable Honey Truffle Pork Sandwich and the heavenly Goat's Milk Ice Cream.

This is one of my favorite market experiences in the world. All kinds of food and cultural crafts, and eateries. There is a little something for everyone here... Everything is created fresh, and there are tons of people. This is one of the highlights of our trip to London... In fact, we're going another time before we leave. I would say, this is a definitely do not miss event!!! incredible food!

A must-experience while in London. Definitely consistently busy but worth braving any crowds. Would recommend bringing an appetite, the variety of foods is unmatched and each stall appears inviting and delicious.

Love this place. Note to self always wear stretchy pants. Such a an amazing variety of food. I could have stayed here and eaten all day. Great selection of not just different cuisines, but bakery items, wine and cheese. With so many food vendors the place is kept clean. This place is crowded but every stall we went to service was awesome. If in London, highly recommend this place.

During our first trip to London, my family and I visited Borough Market, which is an absolute must-visit for anyone in London. Situated just on the other side of London Bridge, the market is highly accessible. We arrived during lunch hour, and the market was bustling with crowds. Our first stop was Pieminister, where we indulged in their delicious pies. We tried the Steak and Ale as well as the chicken with ham and leeks, both of which were delightful. Next, we headed to Juma Kitchen to sample their famous Kubba Haleb, which was superb. After enjoying our Kubba Haleb, we couldn't resist trying the Spicy Beef Rendang with coconut rice from Joli, and it did not disappoint. Eager to continue our culinary adventure, we went to The Black Pig and ordered The Special sandwich, which was absolutely delicious--I could eat one every day for lunch. We then savored samosas from the Gujarati Rasoi trailer. To satisfy our sweet tooth, my kids had chocolate-covered strawberries while my wife and I enjoyed cafe con leche from the Colombian coffee company. The food was amazing, and the experience was unforgettable.

Interesting and fun but super busy. It was almost closing time but still very crowded. Lady at the 'scotch egg' place was pretty rude. We bought last two scotch eggs on the shelf which was a big mistake. I ended up getting indigestion from eating one. My bad! I liked the wild mushroom risotto, very creamy, loaded with several types of wild mushrooms. Delicious! The paella stall had the longest line so we didn't even attempt to get in line. They also had may other vendors pastry, coffee, tea, beer, chocolate, cheese and more!!! Overall the place was exciting and fun to visit!

Such a fun market but super crowded and hard to get to everything. But had some great vendors.

This is my favorite outdoor market in London above Brick Lane market and Camden Market. The sheer volume and amount of vivid activity at Borough Market makes it the place to go to in London. Given the number of vendors with quality and diverse wares, you'd be hard pressed not to try a ton of things on your visit here. The market itself is massive so I would be sure to apportion a good few hours to really take in everything they have to offer. On one path you might find great foods from all countries, on another path you'll find artisan craft beers, wines, and cheeses. Brexit may be happening but you'd never know given the true eclectic qualities of Borough Market. Some highlights we enjoyed were Scotchtails, pasta, and juice. There was also a curry stand that let everyone sample and their coconut curry from Indonesia was divine. There's also a Harry Potter walking tour that swings through here. The only thing I didn't like is the massive crowds. You will have to squeeze through everywhere and if you're claustrophobic then you might want to have a friend bring you the stuff at a place you can sit and relax.

TEN STARS. Cross London Bridge. Pass the old church, down the stairs. Down into the belly of London. This is Borough Market. I am crowd averse, and dangit this place is PACKED. Why is it worth it? The food. BRING. YOUR. APPETITE. This place is a journey. It's also London's oldest food market. And it shows. Wild mushroom risotto. Bao that'll make you see Jesus. Donuts (don't count calories, count flavors). Mulled wine (add a shot of rum...who knew?!). Meats. Cheese. Bagels. Coffee. Beautiful stacks of fresh fruits and veggies. There is no shortage of food. And every corner has a new delicious adventure. We nosh-walked until we felt like slugs (gross, I know). It's really the only way to experience Borough Market. There's plenty of coffee and wine shops to keep you fueled. And plenty of flavors to keep you coming back. STILL craving the classic bao.
